We are not a group of individual bathers and groomers. We believe we are more efficient and provide a better experience for the pets in our care when working together as a team.
Compassion
Grooming can be a stressful event for some dogs and can present challenging tasks. We understand their anxiety and minimize it with our compassion. We also have compassion for one another and care for each other like family.
Employee Empowerment
Our staff is encouraged to voice their opinions & concerns and are given the tools, training and authority to to make decisions that are in the best interest of the pets in their care.
